You can choose from the following two options for warranty support:
If you prefer immediate replacement:
Visit the address mentioned on our Contact Us page.
We will replace the faulty part(s) on the spot with refurbished parts, subject to availability.
If visiting us is not possible:
Send the faulty part(s) to our service center (address available on our Contact page).
You will bear the courier cost from your location to our service center.
Once repaired or replaced, we will send the part(s) back to you. Return shipping charges are also to be paid by the buyer.
🛠️ If any parts are found physically damaged or tampered with, additional charges may apply.
This warranty does not cover:
Hammocks and small accessories
Damage due to misuse, mishandling, faulty installation, alteration, or unauthorized repair
Any defect resulting from external events or natural disasters (e.g., lightning, flood, fire, etc.)
Electrical parts that show signs of lubricant use (our motors do not require lubrication; using it will void the warranty)
This warranty is void if the buyer or any unauthorized technician attempts to repair or open the product/parts.
Please ensure no lubricant is applied to the motor mechanism; doing so will cancel the warranty.
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
Wooden Cradles: If the wood used is found to be not genuine teak, we will offer a full refund.
Stainless Steel (SS) Cradles: We offer a warranty on the quality of steel used. If any steel pipe is found splitting, it will be covered under warranty.
